Parent Guide > The Tale of Peter Rabbit
Welcome to the parent guide for this text! Read below to find out about what your child is reading in class and how you can support him/her at home.
This week in class, we’re reading "The Tale of Peter Rabbit" by Beatrix Potter.
In "The Tale of Peter Rabbit," a very naughty Peter Rabbit doesn't listen to his mother when she warns her children not to go in Mr. McGregor's garden.
As we read, we will be discussing the themes of Justice, Freedom & Equality and Morality as they relate to the text. We are trying to answer these big questions :
"What is fair?" and "Why do people do bad things?"
